Adding and Deleting a Project Item - Sun Java Studio Creator 2 Update 1

To add an existing image file to a project:

From the main menu, choose File > Add Existing Item > Image File.
Use the dialog box to navigate to the file's location, and then select the file and click OK.

The image file is added to the project under the project's resources directory. You can now reference the file in a component's imageURL property or drag the image to the page from its node in the Projects window under project-name > Web Pages > resources.

Note: You can also drag an image file from an operating system's file chooser like the Microsoft Windows Explorer and drop it on a page in the Visual Designer or on a component in the page. If you drop it on the page, Creator makes it an Image component. If you drop it on a component, Creator adds the file to the component's imageURL property.
