Adding a Project Item

You add project items either by creating new items or by importing existing items into a project.

To create a new item in a project:

1. In the Projects window or the Files window, right-click the node to which to add the item and choose New > item-type.
    
   
2. Proceed through the wizard.
    
   

To add an existing item to a project:

1. From the main menu, choose File > Add Existing Item > Item-type.
    
   
2. Locate the file to add and click OK.
