You can drag the Inline Help component 
from
the Composite category of the Palette to the Visual Designer to provide short help information that appears inline on your pages.
You can click inside the component and start typing text. You can also resize the bounding box to limit the width of the text. The text wraps to the width of the box.
You can set the type property in the Properties window to page or field to control the appearance of the text. Field help is intended to describe individual components on the page and is in a smaller font than page help, which describes the whole page or larger parts of it than individual components.
You can also set the style property by using the Style Editor and the styleClass property by using the styleClass Property Editor to change the appearance of the text.
You can also right-click the component and choose one of the following options:
- Bind to Data. Opens a dialog box that enables you to bind the component's
textproperty to a data provider or to an object that supplies its value so you can update the help text dynamically. For more information, see Bind to Data Dialog Box.
- Property Bindings. Opens a dialog box that enables you to bind properties of the component in addition to the
textproperty to other objects or bean properties that update this component's properties automatically.
