Solaris 10 Locale Package Lists

In Solaris 10, locale packages are typically not added manually. Instead, the localeadm utility is used.
With localeadm, you add locale support for a geographical region, rather than simply adding a particular locale.
However, some users like to know precisely which packages are required for each locale.
This page provides links to the text files containing the package lists, that the localeadm utility uses.
The files are designed for the localeadm utility, not necessarily for the human eye. That said, they are still quite readable.

Note! The package lists below also identify the particular CD where the package may be found [in the case of a CD based Solaris OS distribution]. In the case of a Solaris OS DVD distribution, it is not necessary to specify any DVD information.
