The Future of the Java Technology Web Tier

The Java technology web tier in Java EE includes servlets, JSP technology, expression language (EL), and JavaServer Faces technology. The next versions of these technologies are now being developed in open source in the GlassFish project, which, among other things, is adding features for building Web 2.0-style applications. This session provides an overview of all the new features being added or that are planned for addition to the components as well as new features targeted for Java EE 6.
