JSR-172 J2ME Web Services 1.0 Final Release
Defines an optional package that provides standard access from the J2ME platform to web services.

JSR-226 Scalable 2D Vector Graphics API for J2ME 0.7 Public Review Draft
The main use cases for this API are map visualization, scalable icons, and other advanced graphics applications.
