Fuel enables the delivery of WAP, SMS, & J2ME applications.

Unleaded: Provides developers with marketing support including inclusion in the application catalogue and unlimited submission of free applications to the mobile directory. Unleaded membership is free.
Premium: Includes all of the Unleaded membership benefits as well as the Developers Kit, preferred placement in the directory, access to the Launch Pad Developer's site, the ability to submit pay-for applications and technical support. There is an annual fee for Premium membership.
