Q:
What software or tools are available for me to track license usage?
A:
The software or tools you can use to track license usage vary depending upon how sophisticated you want your tracking to be. Some customers can track usage simply by using a spreadsheet to map the names of users to the number of licenses. Other customers may want to use more sophisticated tools that can track users and generate reports showing peak usage, software components used, and usage by developers or departments. Globetrotter offers a package called SAMWrap that can provide this sophisticated level of tracking and reporting. You will need to contact Globetrotter directly to purchase the SAMWrap products.

How can I determine the number of RTU licenses installed for my software?
